formations, with rock very high compressive strengths. Formation drilled may consist of banded iron ore, quartzite sand, very
hard granite, taconite, and iron ore.
Zeus Series
Featured - Roller Cutters
Zeus ZS60N/G & ZS40N/GRoller Cutters are specifically deisgned for hard to extremely hard formations. Tough drilling conditions including angled raises, abrasive formations and mixed faces. When used in combination, the double gage row and double nose row deliver enhanced protection, and inserts on gage bevel areas offer added protection from erosion, leading to longer cutter life. The cutting structure has a 25mm row spacing for full bottom hole coverage which delivers better penetration and toughness.
