With over 17 years of hands-on experience in the drill and blast industry, I’ve worked my way from air core offsider through to operating across a wide range of drilling disciplines, including Aircore, Reverse Circulation (RC), Down-the-Hole (DTH) blast hole, and rotary drilling. My background also includes extensive time as a licensed shot firer, handling everything from small 89mm holes to large 311mm blast holes, as well as designing complex patterns such as beastmasters and pit floors using industry-standard software like Vulcan and Surpac.

Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to continuous learning and professional development. My time in Superintendent and Site Manager roles has allowed me to gain not only technical expertise in drilling and blasting equipment but also a strong foundation in business management and operational strategy.

Transitioning from working on mine sites to supporting them has provided me with a broader perspective. I understand the challenges faced by both operators and management, which enables me to anticipate site requirements and provide tailored solutions.
